A time has come of special days
When the earth is starting to heighten its rays
Another place for you to see
Keep yourself strong and don't feel lonely
Energise your soul and your mind
Nothing can stop this from being aligned

Escape that imprisoned negative field all around you
Listen to your heart and you will remember how to
Opening up is the key for things to change
Although this feeling will feel rather strange
Changing and adapting is knowing the truth
And you will get somewhere to feel the proof
Something is wrong, dense and dry
You get this emotional feeling of wanting to cry
Feel trapped , alone and nowhere to go
Seek that warmth you felt so long, long ago
Listen to your intuition and follow your heart
Then your true path and journey will start
Look up, look down, look everywhere around
Realise your existence and you are earthbound
Taking that first step is the hardest of all
But as time goes by you will climb over that wall
See that bright light in your distance so small
While your egotistic mind is so big and tall
Feel free and dance with joy inside
Your inner light is to hold with pride
Reach towards this bright, white light
No matter how tough and things get tight
You will always be safe and have no fear
And this feeling of love will shed a tear

Our Planet so lush and so green,
without all this rain it would never be seen.
We have rain ,we pray for the sun.
We have sun, we pray for the rain
For all this moaning what do we gain?
Women and children of a dry, baron land
Walk for miles in search of this water that we all have to hand!!!
We take 2 steps forward and turn on the tap
As if by magic we have water,how's that?
Taking things for granted is what we all do
Yes we all do it ,so do you.
Our children for one is how this all begun,
Up all night to the sounds of a new born cry,
We sit with half opened eyes and sigh
Thinking never, never, never again,
Stay away from me , its all your fault MEN !!!!!
But look at his precious gift from above
That fills your life and heart with so much love
From the tips of their tiny fingers ,to the ends of their toes
Their cute little smile and small button nose.
Savour every moment with them that you share,
And let the whole world know that you really do care!!!!!
Holidays are another we take for granted,
It's too hot,it's too cold are we ever gonna break out of this mould?
Staff there to serve while you act like the Queen
Taking 2 or 3 jobs hardly making a bean.
Yet still there with a smile and a joke
Not like us if we were broke.
Just think of these people once in awhile,
Those people that serve always ready with a smile.
Our hearing and sight
Do we ever think of that?
How wonderous the human body is,
From the hairs on your head down to the layers of fat
It all serves a purpose now how clever is that!!!
Our poor feet that carry all that weight
Now they should be treated like your best mate.
We all have such beautiful things in our life
That we all take for granted,
Animals,children,our husband or wife.
From the sun,moon and especially the stars
Our job,houses and even our cars.
To the air that we breathe to the leaves on the trees,
To our family and friends,
Thinking of all of these things every now and again
Will hopefully help us to mend,
Our selfish thoughts that need to end.
Our positivity is the key, from them to you and even me!
Life's Spirit
Let no man take your Spirit and mould it to his own.
Hold it closely to you, till it is fully grown.
Let no one commandeer it, lest he should crush its wings;
For its from the very heart of man
The bird of Spirit springs.
Let no pain grind it slowly into a bitter dust,
For it shall bring you strength to fight
Through sick and wounding thrust.
Let no voice speak against it, above the winds of life.
For the voice of Spirit brings you
The prayer of peace through strife.
And when you think you're nothing
And the light of life is low,
It's the flame from Spirits candle
That shows the way to go.
So love your Spirit, love it well
For it shall never fail
To bring you strength and hope and light
Upon life's hard fought trail.

SUNLIGHT
Take the morning sun when you're awake
And let it fill your heart.
Chase the mists of dawning
It's time to make a start;
For work is never easy
There's clouds of stress and strain,
But keep the sunlight with you
And you will smile again.
Take the noon day sunshine
High above your head
And don't regret the morning
That you got out of bed.
And even if it's cloudy
Know that this is true,
Beyond the clouds of pressure
There is a sky of blue.
Take the evening sunset
At the closing of your day;
Feel the peace within you
And from inside just say,
"I'm glad the day is over,but it's not been all that bad,
The sun has shone within me and for this I'm truly glad".

Never stop believing in yourself.
When others doubt, don't you.
Do what you love to do,
No one knows better than you.
Life is too short to live others' dreams
Follow your own dream
Push yourself to reach your goals
And live the life you once dreamed.
Trust your instincts.
Be true to yourself.
You know what is right for you.
Never give up or give in.
Forget the words "I don't know how".
You can learn,
You can research,
You can do.
Your mind is powerful.
When you believe you can.
You will find a way
You won't waste a day.
Persist and persevere
Do not fear
Because if you believe in you
You will find dreams can come true.
May all your dreams turn into goals,
Believe in yourself.
And remember, all of life is a choice.
The decision is up to you.

Whatever may seem to bind or limit you
Declare yourself free from it now
There is nothing in the outer world no person,
no conditioning,no circumstances
that can take away the freedom which is your spirit.
Instead of wishing that you were free to live your life differently
accept the truth that right now you are free,
free to change your thinking,
free to change your outlook on life,
free to be all that you long to be.
Make this day your freedom,
spiritual freedom.
Declare yourself free from anxiety and fear
free from any belief in luck or limitation!
